Show the Work. Win the High-Ticket Clients.
For any service over a few hundred dollars, clients do research before they book. What they find on your Facebook and Instagram page — real work, real team, real reviews — determines whether they call you or the next result.
Get a Free AuditThe Problem with How This Is Usually Done
Social media management for local service businesses is rarely done well — and the reasons why matter.
Content mills post generic material that could be for any business anywhere
A post that says “We love our customers!” with a stock photo does nothing for a local service business. Customers follow local businesses to see real work — actual projects in their neighbourhood, real teams they might recognise. Generic content is ignored by the algorithm and ignored by people.
They measure success in likes and followers instead of trust and conversions
10,000 followers across the country can't hire you. 400 followers in your service area who have seen your team do quality work repeatedly — those are warm prospects. We optimise for local reach, local engagement, and building the retargeting audiences that matter for paid campaigns.
No connection between social activity and the rest of the marketing system
Most agencies treat social as a standalone channel. Your Facebook presence should be building the retargeting pixel audiences for your paid ads, cross-posting to your GBP, and driving traffic to a site that converts. Without those connections, social is an island — effort with no multiplier.
Sporadic posting destroys the consistency that builds trust
A profile that posts every day for two weeks, then goes dark for two months, looks like an unreliable business. Clients researching a high-value service will scroll back months. Consistent content — even at moderate frequency — signals an active, stable business worth trusting.

How It Connects
Social is a trust layer and an audience-building engine — it amplifies the rest of the system.
Smart Demand Engine
Every person who engages with your social content or visits your site from a social post is added to a retargeting audience. We use those audiences in the Smart Demand Engine to run seasonal campaigns — showing up again right when they need you.
How it worksLocal SEO
Cross-posting to Google Business Profile means every piece of social content we create doubles as a local SEO signal. Google reads GBP activity as a freshness indicator. Active posting — even basic real-work photos — contributes to your map pack ranking.
How it worksFacebook & Instagram Ads
The audiences we build through organic social posts become the targeting pools for paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Warm audiences — people who have seen your work before — convert at far lower cost than cold audiences.

Common Questions
Is social media management included in my plan or do I pay for it separately?
Social media management is included in the Growth and Full Demand Gen plans — it is not a standalone service you purchase separately. Foundation plan clients get the web design and SEO foundation first; Growth adds social management once that base is in place. It's a deliberate sequence: social content is most effective when it drives traffic to a site that converts.
What kind of content do you post?
We post real content from your business — before-and-after photos, team introductions, completed project showcases, seasonal tips, and local community content. We do not post generic motivational quotes, stock images, or content that could belong to any business in any city. Every post is tied to your actual work and your specific service area. We use your raw photos and turn them into polished, on-brand posts.
Does social media actually generate leads for local service businesses?
Directly, it generates fewer immediate leads than Google search or ads. But that comparison misses the point. A client deciding between two providers will check Facebook or Instagram before committing to a high-value service. What they find there — or don't find — often decides who gets the booking. Social also builds retargeting audiences that we use in the Smart Demand Engine to bring warm prospects back when they're ready to book.
Which platforms are covered?
We manage Facebook and Instagram as a primary focus, with content cross-posted to Google Business Profile. For businesses where LinkedIn is relevant (B2B professional services or commercial work), we can include that as well. We recommend against spreading thin across every platform — consistent quality on two platforms outperforms sporadic posting across five.
