Who We Work With

Who We Serve

Local businesses and ecommerce stores need different things from a marketing partner. Here’s how we approach both.

Why It Matters

Strategy built for your kind of business produces better results.

01

Strategy follows the business type

A local service business competes in the communities it serves. An ecommerce store competes for shoppers across products and channels. Marketing should meet customers where they are and connect spend to outcomes.

02

Growth looks different at every stage

A new local business needs to build visibility and earn its first leads. An established ecommerce store needs to grow traffic and scale what's already converting. The right strategy depends on where you actually are — not where a template assumes you are.

Reporting matches how you run things

Local businesses need to know which searches, calls, and service areas drive new jobs. Ecommerce teams need revenue attribution by product and channel. We structure reporting around how you make decisions — not a standard monthly PDF.

Not sure where you fit? Let’s talk.

We’ll look at your business and tell you honestly what kind of strategy makes sense — and what doesn’t.

EraBright

After nearly ten years and more than 200 businesses served, EraBright officially closed in September 2026.

Since 2016, the goal was simple: help small businesses get found, get calls, and grow. Many of the businesses we worked with were owned by people who were told marketing like this wasn’t built for them. Getting to prove otherwise was the best part of the work.

To every client, partner, and referral who trusted us along the way, thank you.
